practical solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beyond keeping the neighbourhood clean, the initiative is strengthening relationships among residents, creating a greater sense of unity and encouraging communities to take responsibility for their shared environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking about the growing participation, <strong>Solomon Serwanjja, Chairman of Bamutakudde<\/strong>, said the initiative is built on the belief that collective action can create meaningful change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhen we work together, we win
